I had approx 115 resonant crystals, 900 vibrant shards, and 700 chromatic dust disappear from my bags on my enchanter. This coincided with my character receiving mail telling me that a crafting order was automatically sent as it was already completed.
Its a lot of gold in mats to lose to a bug, is anyone able to help out?
Have you tried a full UI reset?
I haven’t, what does that do to help with this problem?
It’d help start on a fresh load to try to rule out any files messed up on the system. It’s often helpful in general.

Perhaps one of our SFAs will pop their head in, but there isn’t a guarantee of that. Since the UI reset did not work, I would suggest you submit a ticket. If you get a templated response, absolutely go ahead and reopen the ticket for it to be escalated. You can submit your ticket here:
Thank you! Luckily there are logs of all the materials through my guild bank/crafting orders. So I should be able to easily prove that they did exist at one point… =)
This happened to my enchanter yesterday. I was transferring multiple items and assumed I must have miss-clicked. After I checked my banks and bags, I logged into all of Alts and didn’t find them.
Starting to panic, I went back to the original one and they were there, exactly where I had thought they should have been. Those spots had been empty and when I logged back in, the materials were there again
My suspicion is a UI issue of some kind.
