Those dailys in the Halloween place with the purple thingy? 200 each
They are warband transferable. The best way I can see rn is take any lvl 70 alt and go to hallowfall or w/e name is and do those quests for 200 ea. Since scaling is so bad a lvl 70 is OP and you will finish those very fast.
