RESOLVED Works on the PTR, doesnt work in game

EDIT…an addon is screwing with it…marked as resolved :+1:

" * You can now track uncollected transmog appearances by Shift clicking it in the Collections pane. This adds it to your Objective Tracker. Click the icon to supertrack it, just like you would for a quest. Currently, you can only track appearances sourced from vendors, dungeons, and raids. Hold down Shift to see which appearances can be tracked."

what am i missing here?
Just tried it on the 10.1.5 PTR and it works fine.
Doesnt work in my live game.

It worked for me. When you hold down shift it will kind of darken the ones that it doesn’t apply to, so maybe you’re trying to track ones that can’t currently be tracked?

If not, it might be a bug and you could submit a ticket. But I tried a few last night and it worked fine.

Standard question of: have you tried this with no addons enabled for the live game?

Ive gone thru more than 100 of them even the same ones on the PTR just to cross reference.
On the PTR it works fine. In game its not working at all for some reason

Trying it without any addons is usually the 1st step of UI troubleshooting.

Odd part is the addon was entirely removing the icon over the collections pane.
Ive never seen an addon literally entirely erase an ingame icon like that before so I just wondered if it was something they disabled like they evidently turned off cross realm trading for now.
