[resolved] Sudden changes to Conquest gear

  • PvP gear with Champion and Hero upgrade tracks should no longer display incorrect PvP ilvl increases when previewed in the upgrade UI.

i purchased the head piece yesterday, log in to see this:

I have the same issue…

I can only hope they still need to fix the items that people already spent currency upgrading.

yea, they said they were changing the track, but all my already purchased gear didnt change. waste of conquest and upgrade mats

I tried to get them refunded but GM said no.

You see that is the change made by developers, as you’ve correctly mentioned. So in this case we cannot anyhow change it, or compensate it, because that is how the game works now, so we don’t refund in game curency or compensate for the game design.

Usually when the case receives a lot of resonance and players support it, then developers perform some changes in game or something else to respond to the player’s feedback.

So, they are not retroactively upgrading any of the unranked gear then. Correct?

Aka never has happened because not enough people still play the game to change their mind.

no retrospectives, so those all those crests and flightstones were wasted.
can post pictures of my interaction with the GM ? or just leave it

I had one piece of unranked “Veteran” gear from the vendor upgraded to 8/8 before the change. It was changed to 4/8 Champion. 463 pve ilvl both before and after the change

Yeah, seems like currency was wasted if used to upgrade prior to this change. Unless they made current upgrades cost less than before too.

Did none of you read the post that said they’d slowly be changing already purchased gear and that’d it’d take a bit longer to roll out?

Looks like only Tier is left to convert.
