I play both retail and classic, issue does not exist with classic. In retail, left and right clicks do not always register. I’ve also tested outside of the game and mouse clicks always register, and they also always register within wow classic. The issue only occurs within retail.
Every now and then the mouse clicks don’t register at all. Once it does register, I am able to register many clicks over and over again, but as soon as I stop, it then becomes unresponsive until another 5 clicks have been made. I feel like it’s unplayable. Thank you.

Saw another post that the issue may be the result of an addon, most likely atlasloot. I clicked the option “load outdated addons” and mouse clicks are working fine now. Issue was being caused by an outdated addon for some reason.
