(resolved) Did not get Black Serpent of N’Zoth with “Through the Depth of Visions”

Hi,

I recently unlocked the “Through the Depths of Visions” achievement, however the Black Serpent of N’Zoth mount stills shows as locked in my profile. My character is Ehwa on Tortheldrin.

This might seem like a silly thing, but did you check your bags?? That mount iirc actually lands in your bags and you have to learn it unlike say glory mounts.
