Since Shadow’s going back to it’s old Shadow theme, they should just drop the Voidform visual entirely and go back to Dark Archangel being the spec’s cooldown.
It’s a way better name for a cooldown than Voidform anyway.

priests really need more glyphs (and so do a LOT of classes), especially considering all the iterations that spriest has gone through. old shadowform glpyph, raven glyph, archangel glyph, possibly a glyph that shadow-tinges spells (like the green lock book), etc. i hate the shadowform visual SO much and i would do anything to just have a different one.

I honestly would love Dark Arcangel back as a glyph, but would love it as a shadow version of the Paladins Avenging Wrath.
Would be awesome having an updated version with movement and the wings could flap as we levitate.
Edit: Also a glyph to make Power Word: Shield to be shadow themed too and I’ll be happy

That sounds cool as long as it’s just a Glyph. Imho the fantasy and aesthetic of Voidform is way cooler

Don’t get me wrong, I love Void form aesthetics too, but imagine if we get a shadow version of avenging wrath, like you pop Void form and levitate with shadow wings and all

I have to agree that wings > tentacles. After all, I’m a priest not a sea creature. However, I do realize some prefer the old god aesthetic so I would be fine with a glyph as well.

I agree with appearance glyph. Let people who enjoy the old god cultist feel or whatever have it, let people who enjoy the old school “edgypriest” feel get dark archangel.
I am super thankful for the VF change as is, but would be happiest never seeing my character sprout a tentacle again. I rolled a Troll hex-priestess, not a pseudo-Lovecraftian worshipper.

While I think this would be cool, why don’t we have this be added as a glyph? This would accomodate both camps IMHO, and Shadow can ‘always’ use more Glyphs.
