Its often been said, especially during the whole N’zoth invasion, that undead are resistant to old god corruption. But that shouldn’t be unique to them. Shouldn’t the Lightforged Draenei and Void Elves also have been resistant to old god void corruption?
Lightforged Draenei are literally filled with the Light, how would any old god corruption even get in there, old god whispers would just get canceled out with white noise from the light. (in all seriousness though, being filled to the brim with Light should provide some kind of protection from void/old god corruption).
And Void Elves constantly train to ignore the whispers from the void, so N’zoth’s whispers and corruption should be something Void Elves already know how to handle.

Maybe it’s an opposite effect, like it’s easier to corrupt since it’s so pure. Would go with the idea of various religions of corruption and redemption.

That’s also my guess, like a bacteria. When a host has previously been infected, isn’t the body much more easier to resist?? I could be wrong tho lol
It is worth noting that we have seen Naaru go dark, which shows that light-based beings are not beyond corruption. The same could be true of Lightforged as well.
Another point worth noting is that void-based beings may not necessarily need to be whispering in peoples heads to manipulate them. If the Scarlet Crusade can be manipulated and guided by a demon like Balnazzar, who is to say that Old Gods/Void Lords/whatever are not capable of similar feats?

Now that I’ve sold myself on that idea, now I need to see a Voidforged.
So, a void elf? Or do you specifically want to see a void corrupted Draenei?
Specifically a Draenei that was Lightforged, but then taken over by the void Na’aru style.

Not sure if possible, i’d think a lightforged would blow them selves up before letting that happen (poking fun at their racial where they explode with light upon death).

Who says the subject needs to be cooperative?
Considering the volatility of the reactions between the Light and Void, I expect that’s what would happen anyway if you tried to Void corrupt someone so infused with the Light. Think the pain and sparks from Turalyon and Alleria touching, but internally.
I think, to get a Voidforged Draenei, you’d have to start with a basic Draenei, and infuse them with a Naaru that’s actively in its void state.

Lightforged would be inherently resistant to the Void not just because of their Light infusion, but because of the very nature of the Reforging they undergo.
Remember, Lightforged aren’t like Lightbound, it’s not a matter of their old self being obliterated or erased to make them some zealous automaton. They specifically go through an arduous and extremely dangerous process that has them acknowledge and recognize the darkness in themselves, accept it’s a part of their being, and then press forward regardless.
The Forge of Aeons inflicts a mindbending vision nearly on par with what many Void entities could manage.
