Despite having every mythic+ seasonal dungeon completed on +12 or higher I did not ever receive the quest for resilient keystones (trust me I know its the panda lady and she doesn’t offer the quest in any location at any difficulty and I definitely have all dungeons timed blizzard has confirmed I fulfil the requirements). I have asked blizzard to fix this for 2 weeks and the first 2 responses I got were linking the forum post and support article stating the requirements as if I had not just explained that I was certain I fulfilled them. Eventually blizzard realized that chatgpt 3 wasnt good enough to solve my problem and they went ahead and bought the 4 model to let me know that their hands were tied and I would just have to wait an arbitrary amount of time and I should just go ahead and submit another bug report. here is that bug report. I still want my expansion refund blizzard but fix this bug lol.
