Yeah, its pretty rampant in the EU as well.
I was pretty perplexed when I saw this the first time.
I guess ppl will try to ask money for everything nowadays.
However regardless my opinion on it, if one cannot advertise paid boost runs/carries in the lfg then I cant see how can one advertise runs requiring tips.
Calling the payment as “tip” does not really change what they are doing so yeah, I think blizzard should apply the same rules on them and handout suspensions in the same manner if it repeatedly occurs.
We have 5. Trade Services specifically for this purpose. Keep advertisements out of the LFG tool.

I’ve seen listings with resilient in the title, but I’ve yet to see anyone ask to be paid.
It’s in keys way above your gameplay level, if this is your main.

Close enough to advertising rules to report and let the penalty system sort it out.
TBH I’d sign up just to waste the key poster’s time too.
So your solution is to remove that key from the pool entirely and have more competition for the remaining keys? People selling Resil keys helps the rest of us, if anything.

Specifically: Isn’t allowed to be. There’s rules about advertising services in game and they aren’t allowed there, and bringing someone to an instance is a service.
People tried that with water bottles in covid times. They faced legal consequences >.>
