Reshii Wraps show incorrect ilvl

I seem to get the unique problems. A search on this topic came up empty. Sigh

My Reshii Wraps show incorrect ilvl. They should be 730 but show as 720. But, only on my Prot Warrior (and when she switches to Arms/Fury). All other characters show as 730. I have checked the “talent tree” on most of them and they all look the same, with a value of 1 at every level. All stats in the ilvl 720 Wrap indicate it is indeed only 720, as I compared them to the Wrap on my Blood DK.

Prot Warrior Blood DK

DR 20% up to 2.7 M DR 20% up to 3.1 M

I don’t know what I missed, as nothing really shows me needing to do anything more.

(and naturally, my formatting for columns didn’t work…heavy sigh)

I’m not exactly sure if we can still have duplicate cloaks (was at least a thing on PTR), but it sounds like it when switching between specs (and probably saved gear sets) changes your equipped cloak’s item level to 720.

Other than that, you could remove your fiber and destroy the cloak to get a new one from the NPC. These are usually upgraded to what you unlocked in the talent tree,
