Reshii Wraps Bugged

Logged into game and immediately noticed a change in my equipped Reshii Wraps. Currently Rank 6 but now suddenly I’m seeing RED TEXT after the “Equip:” part noting “Speak to Hashim to enable your Reshii Wraps to harness ethereal energies.”

I’ve gone to Hashim and it does nothing. Same red text even while I’m in Manaforge, I don’t recall this being “red”. Is this intended or a bug?

Definitely a bug. Several of my guildies noticed it as well, but they also noticed the cloak was still working and spec specific effects working as intended, so just a UI bug.
