Best source and most effective way to farm threads to empower?
Run delves at level 1 would prolly be the fastest.

I always got one from each delve I did until I was capped.
Shouldn’t take very long to cap out each week until it hardcaps (which is next week).
I ran some delves and ingot nothing. Is it capped weekly?
Yes.
If your cloak is 720, you’re done until Tuesday.

Ok so i must be capped then because two toons ran delves and i got nothing.
Yeah. If you are or can upgrade to rank 4 (ilvl 720) thats it till next week for the final 3 and upgrade

I got all mine from pvp. You could just semi afk in a random bg and get them.
LFR bosses dropped them for me.

Its weird. I saw someone running around in the Pink on a horse, i asked them where they got it, and they said you need to upgrade your cloak.
I kinda figured id have one by now.
After you unlock the third level of the cloak, you can run around and collect 30 items on k’arash to unlock the mount.
Though, after that cloak unlock, my regular ground mount also works in phase diving.

The last two weeks I got all of mine from the first 3 T11 bountiful delves I did.
Kinda follows the same pattern I would do in Season 2. Knock out the 3 11’s for my gilded, summon the nemesis for my extra hero item, then check the vault and make that decision after I see what I got from the nemesis. The cloak tokens just kinda take care of themselves.
There’s a questline that needs to be completed before the threads start dropping.
i havent farmed them at all. they just seem to show up.

you also can get rewards from getting kyveza down each week. i can farm normal. hard mode seems undoable for me for now. maybe forever.
IF you mean in the other pink area, I got it after killing 2 rares. There was an achievement. Accidently clicked my mount and it becomes that pink mount. That surprised me. Not sure if thats what you mean.
