Can we get clarification if the skip to get the Reshi Wraps is available for alts this week, or if we need to fully complete the campaign when it unlocks in future weeks before the skip is available?

Yes, the skip works. You need to do the full 3 chapters of the campaign including the quests after you actually get the cloak. Then on your alt you only have to do the first quest that takes you from dorn to talavesh. The first quest giver in talavesh gives you a skip. After the skip you need to fly to the quest giver that gave your main the cloak and use the “give me a new reshi wrap” to get it on your alt.

Ya you can. just did it on my alt. You fly back to Hashim at Overlook Zo’Shuul and option I need a Reshi wrap.

Some classes are more… “meant for questing” than others. I lead with a character of a class that “wins” questing. My alts… not so much.

After you get the cloak on your main you have to do the next few campaign quests with the astral walking stuff. You also have to talk to Hamin or whoever to upgrade your cloak. Then on your alt you just need the quest where you take the port from dorn to tazavesh. I made the mistake of thinking it would open right after I got the cloak and had to go back on my main to finish. Your quest log on your main should say you have to wait to continue to campaign.

If you have the bugged Wrapped Up quest uncompleted on main, the skip won’t work on alts currently.

Well yeah I’m skipping on my Priest. Ain’t questing with that.
NGL the chase for this cloak is boring af and having to do it on all your alts seems a bit much. If the story was actually cool, then maybe I’d be more for it.
IMO cool chase items were the ring in WoD and the cloak in MoP for doing a good storyline that gave a good reward.

Figured it out. Make sure you do the other quests near Hashim and get the achievement “Become a Hero, Become a Phasediver” which is what I’m guessing unlocks the skip option.

Why would people want to do the same exact quest line on all their alts? People like you make zero sense.

Oooooh I dunno why the Chain quest just seemed to disappear so didn’t know you have to go ask for a cape

What a mess - so not only do I need to relog over and over to get the campaign quest to continue (show next quest, force NPCs to correct location, show objectives on map, etc), but to get a skip for this stupid cloak I need to do all the purple triangle quests too?
Like come on - learn to make an MSQ with ONE set of icons and a flow where step A goes to step B to step C and done - not this broken mess where I have to relog and look crap up over and over.

So, I already started and went past Chapter 1 of the campaign.
Didn’t know you could talk to Om’en to skip the entire thing after doing the purple triangle quests on my character who got the cloak already. Went back to check on him, after unlocking the inn and he has no skip.
Anyone knows if I am screwed over or if there’s still a way to abort the campaign and skip it? Really don’t have the time or patience to sit again through the same buggy questline.
I can confirm after getting this achievement I was able to skip
