Does he drop anything but the cloth shoulders, gotten them 3 weeks straight now, nothing else. Now I wouldn’t normally complain about getting loot, but getting the same piece 3 weeks in a row really just feels aweful.
You’re lucky to get any drops at all. Pretty sure only got 1 WoE item over the 4-5x I killed him before I stopped altogether.
I don’t feel lucky getting the same item over and over. Honestly Blizz has made improvements to the loot system when it comes to holiday bosses, where each time you don’t get the mount, you supposedly get an increasing chance. Wish they would apply something similar wherein if you already have the item, or if you’re doing anything that can award you loot for your character, it looks at what you already and reduces the chance to get an item for that slot.
Example of the second part would be doing a bountiful delve, game sees you already have a chest piece, so it’s still on the loot table, but maybe at 10% reduced chance of being the piece you get.
I make sure to go on my clothie first to get leather, plate or mail drops.
But the drops are fairly useless at this point, as my alts already have most slots filled with champ, and I just go for the carved crests. Gearing from the world boss is pretty much a non-starter unless your alt sits and has done nothing since the beginning of the season.
