just finished it (12/12) and the dude said we were done…so i left…and just now noticed that i didnt get a reward…
am i screwed? or is there a way to get a bag after the fact?
i most definitely killed the last guy

nope…nothing in mail either…ive checked bags several times to make sure

Only thing I saw in BR forum so far is the event not starting, and the timer just resetting.
i think im boned…just looked at the map marker and it says i havent done this week…i guess theres such a thing as leaving too quickly
Did you check your mail?
Just mouse over the event and see if you got the reward , if not do it again
It is a feature or someone would say “RNG” if you get the reward or not.

Like a hunt, it’s not over until someone talks to the NPC.

my guess is the op got shard by time it was over
happen last week when i was with a group it started and was over in 5 seconds
I hope you figure out what happened but it’s really funny the idea they pack up and just… leave.
Did you wait until Rannan said they were getting out of there? After you kill the final guy, there’s one more unlisted step that someone needs to signal the end, just like a Grand Hunt. It’d likely be possible to fly off before that happens I’d reckon.
did you leave before someone talked to the guy at the end? I always wait for that and you get the bag then.
Killing the last guy only gets you a Drake Crest fragment and other possible direct drops.
If you left the group or (were removed from the group) before someone talked to the NPC, you won’t be in the shard to get the bag.
