TELL ME HOW I DONT GET CREDIT??? I was there from start to finish DID ALL 12 tasks!!! But MAGICALLY don’t get credit for anything but EVERYONE else in the group all got credit……. Tell me how this makes since? Another thing HOW DOES PVP MAGICALLY TURN ON ON ITS OWN IN THE MIDDLE OF DOING THIS RESEARCH?? I don’t EVER turn on pvp it should not have randomly been on. Still shows “ you have not completed this week” it’s getting late and I wanted to get this done on a alt before the reset. Go figure is messed up. This crap makes me so angry why does it always have some kind of bug every week??? Blizz you need to fix this crap it’s frustrating the hell out of me. Just crazy EVERYONE else got credit but me. Crazy.

You didn’t beat the timer or you did it before. Honestly,think it’s a bug if pvp was turn on without permission.

Its possible you got sharded at the last second. Probably unlikely but it’s not like it hasn’t happened before. The storms fury event in primalists future is notorious for doing that.

Theres a bug going around that auto turns on PVP for some unknown reason in any event. I’ve seen it happen often in the suffusion camps.

Things I have notice happen to me when doing certain content when others get involved. My character nameplate will turn yellow for some unknown reason and sometimes stay that way for a while. My target will constantly change and yet I don’t click on anything else but my action bars (yes, I am a clicker) so sometimes I attack things behind me even though I am fighting something in front of me. Finally, the one I hate the most is I never flag for PvP but occasionally while doing content I become flagged while fighting whatever world content dragged me there to fight.
I’ve just never done research under fire. These timed events that you can’t just go do with no in-game indication of when they happen just doesn’t appeal to me.
Also, it’s a pain in the backside to find groups for this content for some reason.
I’m beginning to wonder was this a planned pvp zone ? or it wouldn’t have happened.
It’s on the map with a timer and yeah, it’s small you can hardly see it.
I’ve never seen a timer for it. You sure you’re not using an addon?
Cant you do it multiple times for a lesser quality box? Like the hunts.
The only reason to do this snorefest is to cut down on the snorefest that is getting1500 jock sniffer rep for the weekly. The fyrakk assaults are just as bad . wow has truly gone down the drain.

You can but you get no credit for it.
Hover your mouse over the icon in the middle of the map. It gives the timer of how long until its over. And then how long until the next one.
(I dont use any addons)
The event starts every hour on the half-hour… The giant horn icon on the map shows you when the next one will be.
Adding to Wigglytüff’s explanation, the best way to get a group for this is to find a “researcher” listing in LFG under ‘custom’. Start looking for one at about :20 after the hour, and you’ll likely get one that grows to a 40-man raid, which is your best chance to complete all 12 achievements. Also, the earlier you do this after Tuesday’s reset, the better…since most players go in with their best-geared characters first.
You finished all events? Mine times out at 8 with no reason why.
Make sure you in sink with the group you will get phased in WM and not get credit. Nothing wrong in asking if it is WM or not.
