Researchers Under ire still has not spawned. Here we go again?
Not sure how long you’ve been waiting but I’m pretty sure it spawns on every :45.
I haven’t checked it out for myself so it could very well be glitched since last week things were bugged.
I believe it spawns on the half hour.
Or at least it’s supposed to; that’s when I’ve always done them.
I recall that if you mouse over the icon on the spot on the map, it tells you when the next time it will start, or if underway, when it ends.
Sometimes its hard to make that little dialog show up, though, if there are like rare icons nearby, so you have to be careful with the mouse pointer on the map.

Ours spawned … except it glitched out on objective 9/12 after killing Skarna. It never completed the Ritual disruption. Had to wait until timer ran out. So we lost out on the last 3 objectives and didn’t get the big reward >.>
