I have same issue, I see a faded quest marker in the map, like its inside a building, but when I go into the building…nothing. Very frustrating
Im pretty sure that thing is bugged cause i had that thing even though i completed that quest ages ago.
Can blizz confirm and/or fix this bug? Tryna finish the campaign fam. Thanks.
This part of the Venthyr covenant campaign will show in your quest log even if you’ve capped your renown for the week. Just fyi

This the one? In that case I do have it then. I thought it would show up under campaign at the top of the quest log.
I dunno, but I searched “Rescue Laurent in the Ember Ward” on WoWhead and that’s what it suggested, and the video there shows a guy eventually finding Laurent.
How do I continue my venthyr campaign then? I just completed the maw soul renown weekly and the only thing I have left is the anima weekly. I am caught up as I completed chapter 8 last week.
You generally have to do the anima and souls quests to gain enough renown to be able to do the campaign quests.
If you already saved him, it’s just a bug that shows up when you’re at the cap
