Has anything like this happened to any of you? I get that error when I mouse over the tooltip for Raging Blow. I have a two-hander equipped, and I can’t use Raging Blow. On every other warrior I have, this does not happen.
Do you have two weapons equipped.

Nope I get duel wielding in 2 levels. I can’t imagine them giving us an ability that can’t be used yet.
Fury has duel wielding baseline.
Bah I misunderstood. I just tested on the other warrior and I need two 1 handed weapons. The tooltip says melee weapon required but I don’t have titans grip yet and was just going with 1 two hander. Totally forgot about that. So now I have two 1 handers equipped and it works. In two levels when I get titans grip Ill equip two 2 handers.

Its a fairly common error people have been making. It is a bit of a change from how things have been.

My mag’har orc fury warrior was born with a 2H weapon at level 10.
She got Raging Blow at level 12 but can’t use that spell.
She got Titan’s Grip at level 14.
Can a dev please play such a char from level 10 thru the WoD intro and tell us if this is fun?
You can legit just use two one handed weapons.
Didn’t get them. And no heirloom.

Creating a maghar orc starts you in Orgimmar.
With a hearthstone to Orgimmar.
Have you ever used the hearthstone during the WoD intro scenario and tried to come back?
The NPC in the portal room won’t teleport you again.
So tell me, how to get a level 10+ toon back to the blasted lands.
The Draenor portal takes you to Ashran.
You have two options.
Use the mount you start with.
Or talk to the mage in the portal room that literally teleports you there.
The mage teleports me only if i’m on the first quest. I you do some quests in the WoD intro scenario, the mage won’t talk to you. And the Draenor portal takes you to Ashran.
But…
I’m 16 now. Got the second 2H at the garrison start quest…
There is more than one NPC in the portal room.
Did you try literally any other one.
Such as the one directly next to it.
Or did you run to the forums without even trying to resolve the issue yourself, that is itself a nonissue.
I talked to the NPC that first teleported me there. There is no other NPC for that.
And like I said before, the Draenor portal downstairs, took me to Ashran. Before patch 9.0.1 that portal used to take me to the intro scenario.
