I’m puzzled. Did we have the Request Stop flight option in Classic?
I thought it wasn’t introduced until around 2015?
I’m pretty sure we didn’t.
And yet I have it right now on my screen as I fly to Crossroads…
It is there to stop people from cheesing the system. In vanilla you could do this by logging off and logging back in in flight and you would be let off at the next FP you passed. So you could still do it in classic. Better just to have the option.

You can also ask a guard in any major city and ask where the AH is located. It will give you the location on your map where all AHs were eventually introduced. i.e. Darnassus by the bankers. This was definitely not in Vanilla.

yep, we had the feature just not a button, we had to relog. used to do that.

In terms of priorities, I understand it.
Yeah, I’d prefer slightly if it wasn’t there, but it isn’t really worth the dev time to fix when they had so many other more important things to do.

As far as I understand they took the legion version of the game and rolled it back to classic which is why we have some minor changes such as stop flight. Either way does it really make a difference. So you can stop flight. … find something real to gripe about.

The legion version was used for the demo at BlizzCon. They upgraded to the latest version for the alpha/beta.

Nah this has ruined the entire classic experience for me.
These people always make me laugh. There’s extremely minor changes that don’t affect playability at all in classic so it’s ruined my experience. If you were expecting the game to be the exact same version of a game created 15 years ago then your delusional. As far as I can tell it’s pretty similar though and aside from the layering,which will be removed eventually, the game hasn’t changed much. Seems like you are just striving to be unhappy.

Nah having to log out to get off a flight path was what made classic great, gg Blizz ruined forever.
