Warlock and Shaman are near and at the bottom, respectively, for their statistical chance to make it from 1-60 in hardcore. I contend that this is because one of their core mechanics is not allowed to work in classic hardcore, that of soulstone and ankh resurrections. I would compare these abilities to a hunter’s feign death, which does work in classic hardcore. Removing them from the game takes away a key “escape” ability that is normally inherent to these classes. They are not immortality, you are only allowed one resurrection per half hour and dying in the middle of a mob pack nearly always spells certain doom even if you were to resurrect. But they are key mechanics to the longevity of the classes. Blizzard, I realize this may take some extra coding time, but I humbly ask that you restore this vitality functionality to warlocks and shaman.

Idk how it “should” work for HC, but there are some skills that just don’t belong… which includes any resurrection.
imo, bubble —> hearth makes more sense to leave in game for HC than any of these though.
You died.
Brings you back from death.
You aren’t dead.
You pretend to be dead.
See the difference?
This is interesting. The info is from deathlog or?
nope. they’re just too good. trivializes HC for those classes.

Someone collected and processed the data and posted it on reddit. A casual google search will unearth it for you.
tl;dr but imo make a quest to allow them to be used 1 time per character, kind of like a class-specific light of elune.
