I should explain a little bit further from my title, but what I am hoping is that in the next patch, I’d hope that Blizzard could make mounts from places like Darkshore, Arathi Highlands (Battle for Azeroth versions) and Garrison Invasions from Warlords of Draenor. The mounts are old enough at this point, that I believe being able to trade them within the groups that you’re in while performing the invasions or killing the rares should be fine - at least I hope so. Just to emphasize, I don’t mean make them BoE - but just for when you’re in group.
I ask this because I do this content with my friend, who is an avid mount farmer, and at this point, I’m feeling guilty when I get the mounts that I can’t trade - I can at least trade most modern mounts.

While these things were current content? Sure, I’d agree. Low drop rates are intended to keep players coming back. But these are old content at this point. Really old, actually. I can all but guarantee that players aren’t staying subbed nowadays just to kill a few rares in Darkshore/Arathi Highlands or to do a few garrison invasions. Plus, the request being made here doesn’t take away from having to farm. It just lets players trade mounts between themselves.
So, replying to both - I thought it would be tradeable to anyone in party as well, but for some reason, those two specific cases we have discovered so far, are not tradeable - and boy, did she let me know. My friend is an avid mount collector, so I usually just trade them over. So right now, they’re sitting in my bank, and I’m trying to figure a way to pester Blizzard to just say “Hey, please transfer all these over to her.”
And the squirrels for BfA! It was madness how many I was missing for that meta, my friend too. But, got it (mostly) done… I’m terrified for what the Legion one will hold.
