I am humbly requesting one (1) fresh Era server of each of the 4 gametypes to coincide with the launch of Anniversary TBC.
No transfers onto the server.
Other than that, just a regular old Era server of each of the 4 gametypes.
TBC fresh all pre-nerf content, no boosts, no RMT, just a pure experience.
I’m not talking about TBC at all.
I know, but it is important.
They could easily break boosting across Classic with one simple change:
Ban RMTers aggressively.
Nobody will risk doing Boosts/GDKPs if all it takes is one dude in the group buying gold to get everybody a 2 week ban.
Make it permanent.
The reason people only get a slap on the wrist for RMT is because blizzard knows people who RMT are not only willing to spend extra money for stuff in game but they know that those people will be buying the boosts and other various things blizzard offers. At the end of the day it comes down to 1 thing. MONEY. permanently banning people is a money loss to blizzard.
Not enforcing the rules is also a money loss.
People stop subbing and quit playing when they feel the rules aren’t enforced.
You end up with a majority of players openly cheating because “BLIZZARD LOL”
It’s not necessary to have PVE and RP-PVE. Just do (1) RP-PVE server and call it good. There is simply not enough RP-only or PVE-only players to need two PVE servers.
However, the timing would be terrible. There is no reason to launch (up to) four OMG FRESH Level 60 servers at the same time the (2) Anniversary servers are transitioning to TBC. You may want it, but it’s still terrible timing. Releasing two new shineys is terrible planning and terrible marketing… so I guess that’d be very on-brand for Trans-Blizzard. But perhaps MS-Blizzard would be smarter.
And a HC, please!
It’d get the Fresh Vanilla players somewhere to go that isn’t the era servers which have messed up economies.
