increase nimble fingers racial from 1% to 1.5% haste
remove +15 engineering bonus, replace with faster engineering crafting and mining.
add intellect bonus back to current expansive mind

Better idea let every race pick any racial.
If blizzard wants to horribly unbalance racials between each race and make them important in rated content, they should let us pick any one.
Racials are already pretty balanced with Alliance having the better ones.
no they are not lol. most horde racials are like S tier with most of alliance being super meh.
Taurren, Orcs, Trolls, High mountain, are all like super super good racials, not just actives passives as well.
Tell us you dont play PVE at any respectful level without telling us you dont do any pve at respectful levels.
Theres a reason why MDI is 90% alliance toons.
If you knew what racial sims were you would know how absurd this statement is.

im down to buff our short friends tho. 1% haste isnt exactly juicy
