Request: Bouillon-like vendor accessible every tier

It would be very much appreciated for 2 main reasons:

  1. Gear targeting especially after a 0.5 patch. In TWW S1, I multi-role but mainly play caster DPS in M+ as many of my friends and guildies have taken a break. I’ve been pugging NP-Heroic to acquire loot, primarily Spymasters. The trinket’s on use is just incredibly strong, ofc with a penalty. Playing one caster with it versus one caster without it is such a difference. Essentially after so many weeks, there should be a way to buy raid gear, ofc after doing the raid so many times for so many weeks and losing the roll or the item just not dropping.

  2. Transmog: Sometimes we would like to fill out transmog sets. It’s very tedious to see you’re missing the LFR version on one bracer, then just the Normal version for a belt, especially if you’re trying to fill out multiple classes sets. Catalyst charges aren’t coming fast enough to compensate, but using a catalyst charge just for xmog versus player power isn’t a great solution or feeling either. Use Case: I get a Hero track legs in vault, I want to catalyze it, but then I feel like I’m missing out on the LFR/Normal leg appearance if I do. Then have to think about banking a catalyst charge for those appearances too and somehow grind for lower ilvl gear. unintuitive right?

I’d be okay with it as long as it’s limited to tmog and entry-level gear.

They won’t (until last season).

The company wants to monetize boosting and crafting pay 2 win and to be a control freak taking away all player agency to do so.

They want to normalize mobile game-like raid lockouts and weekly lootbox vault. They fear giving players agency on their progression as there’s no turning back from it once people realize how trashed up it was before.

It has to get much much worse before they pull that ripcord again.

id like it if they locked it behind doing x amt of m+/raid clears so even if i get crap out of my vault, win few loot rolls, im working towards being able to get what i want or need. i’d also like to be able to just buy off-class pieces from sets. it’s pretty cool as a shaman/hunter to wear pieces from evoker sets since you’ll never otherwise see them
