Reputation Transmogs in 8.1

So in the patch notes it says “Items with reputation requirements to acquire no longer require that reputation to apply as a transmog appearance, onc acquired.”

I have farmed up the reputation for laughing skulls on an alt and have collected the appearance for two of the masks. Would this not mean that I can use the appearance on other characters? Am I missing something?

Check your wardrobe. Laughing skull masks should be in there–they are for me.

Yes, the masks are there on other characters. You might have to log onto the character that actually acquired it first, since there was some strange stuff going on when the patch first dropped (I lost a couple xmogs until I hopped around on my various alts to get them back).
