I logged onto my rogue and was checking my reputation bars. All of the bars showed that I should have the reputation reward (ie Brimming Valdrakken Accord Supply Pack) but when I went to go pick up two of them, neither was available to me. I went to the quartermaster of the Valdrakken and Dragonscale factions. I contacted ingame support and after trying a scan and repair, the issue was still present and they offered me the helpful suggestion of “keep an eye on the Forums for a response on the issue” and here I am. I am not so concerned about getting the rewards but I wanted to make sure people were aware of the issue.

Nope. Nothing is checked and I don’t have any addons that would impact it either. I removed all my addons to check and stillhad the issue.
if there’s no check mark, then there’s nothing to collect.
when a reward is available, it will show as a check mark on the bag.
otherwise, the bag just sits at the end of the exalted bar, waiting for the paragon rep to fill.

I think you are misunderstanding my issue. Each faction that I am exalted with is showing the little treasure bag on the right side of the box. Normally that would alert you that you are getting a reputation reward (ie, Brimming Valdrakken Accord Supply Pack) but when I got to pick it up, there is nothing to get from the quartermaster. I am also pretty sure none of my characters have the requiste 10,000 reputation points to get the reward currently.
no, the little treasure bag simply shows that you are eligible to EARN renown rewards.
it doesn’t mean a reward is ready to be collected.
again, hover your mouse over the little bag, and it will show your progress towards the reward.
when the reward is ready to be collected, a check-mark will be displayed on the bag.

The behavior you describe is not standard. It’s actually from an addon called Paragon Reputation.

If you had it installed and got used to it, and then uninstalled it (or changed computers and forgot to install it), you might be surprised and assume the correct “stock” behavior was actually bugged.
i just took a look at the addon… this is how blizz SHOULD have set it up to begin with.
it’s inconvenient having to mouse-over to see how much rep is required until the next baggy.
