I left wow near the end of Shadowlands with all SL reps Exalted except the Enlightened. When I returned near the end of WW i found that all of my SL reputation had been reset. i have seen several posts similar to this but no response as to whether this will be addressed or not and the old ticket system i remember doesn’t seem to exist anymore.
i understand if blizzard cant or wont fix this but it would be nice to get confirmation that they acknowledged this bug and the hardship it placed on players who worked hard to earn the reps who now have to do it the hard way since the quest lines that give rep are all completed on mains.
