Hello.
I recently became exalted with Bilgewater Cartel in Undermine. Was pretty happy to buy my new crimson growler mount.
A couple days after purchasing said mount, I now have several items locked from the rep trader, Rocco Razzboom.
When I hover over the items it claims I need to be revered/exalted to purchase them even though the growler required exalted and checking my faction in undermine states I have max faction with Bilgewater. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
Armory thinks you’re still Exalted with Bilgewater.
This may just a display/UI issue. Try a UI reset to find out.
(It’s reversible if you follow the instructions literally, so if it doesn’t help no harm done.)
Are you checking on the character with the rep needed? Rep is not account wide
Yes I am. Glowcharm is my main and the one to receive exalted. She is the character I purchased the growler with and have lock out issue with. Thanks for the reply.
The Undermine vendors only allow me to buy an item once, before showing that I’m missing reputation. I need to log out and log back in so the error message disappears.
I noticed this when I started dumping my resonance crystals on the pets. I can only buy the pet once before it bugs out.
Encountered this today as well. All 4 Cartel reputation vendors only allow you to purchase 1 pet at a time, you need to log out to buy more. Was worried my reputation got reset for a second…
Unfortunately mines still all locked. I check every few days but Rocco is stubborn as all heck. Greedy little goblin, give me my prizes!
