Specifically the Landfall quests like Operation Shieldwall, quest rep is bugged. Initially I’d get 6000 rep for a quest and then it would decrease by 5500, meaning it’s almost impossible to progress through the campaign since you’re getting only a net of 500 rep at a time.
At this point it won’t be possible to do the Landfall achievement unless rep gains are fixed.
I am having this issue with Klaxxi rep as well.

Same here, specifically the Operation Shieldwall stuff for me.
I haven’t been able to meet the thresholds for any subsequent quest without doing the dailies. It’s really messed up, hopefully they can hot fix it.
I reached exalted with Sunreaver Onslaught and did not receive the Remix version of the achievement and related bronze cache. It’s my last Remix achievement which will likely end up being a feat of strength. Wishing the devs the best of luck on this. Thanks for your hard work.

Yup, I just completed Dread Wastes and I was not exalted with Klaxxi like on my other toons. Towards the end, I noticed one quest decreased my rep by 9500 after completing it. Something broke remix reputations in this patch.
Getting this as well. I didn’t start the questline and started it the day before the prepatch and got some good rep quickly, then after the patch I’ll get say 3000 increase immediately followed by 2750 decrease. Or 1500 increase with a 1350 decrease, etc.
It’s fkn aggravating. Bliz is NOT an indie company but I’ve seen indie companies do better than this. Bliz really needs to stop being incompetent and breaking more stuff than they fix and especially (as far as I am concerned) this is fairly gamebreaking because now Operation Shieldwall rep is an unbrearable grind and completely broken!
I’ve heard that reputation has been fixed (haven’t tried yet on an alt) but this achievement for me is still bugged and will not show up as completed (exalted with Sunreaver Onslaught - remix feat of strength).
Anyone else get a reputation to exalted at pre-patch launch and have a same or different result as of yesterday?
This is STILL not fixed smfh. Just did 4 dailies and got 150, and 300 rep each. I dont understand.
The only thing fixed is the campaign quests not decreasing. 
There has not been any retroactive reputation awarded, and Blizzard has failed to increase rep from dailies which many people are stuck on now…
Remix Reputation achievement was fixed as of 8/4/2024. I was able to get the feat of strength and the related bronze cache. Thanks for your attention Blizzard!
