It’s like you have to walk and egg shells.
I try and lead rated bgs but people will not listen or say no etc and. As you’re telling them to do something in match, they report you. This happens over and over till I’ve got suspended.
I am refusing to even talk now in BGs because suspensions chances for bs reports. This hurts all gamers cause these types of actions make people scared to try and win and talk.
All reports go to a india call center. Turn chat off and be a souless bot that blizzard wants you to be.
I type out strat at start of every game and I play on 3-5 different accounts this way reports never stack up, since it’s all automated. I haven’t gotten banned with this method. if I feel like I have played one account a lot I just take a week break from it and then come back.
Apparently trying to lead is toxic.
From the way the GM i talked to explained it to me. Telling someone what to do constitutes as a form of bullying harassment because they didn’t agree to my terms by forming a team before queueing.
I explained double dps can’t queue blitz and its a competitive format where working together wins games. They said a bunch of RP text and ended the conversation. I’ve reopened that ticket 4x now and since then I’ve yet to queue ranked anymore.
That’s wild, a form of bullying in a ranked cooperative team game?
That makes 0 sense.
Some kid yesterday said “report him for spamming”.
I stated “calling strat during an active game is not spam”.
And guess what, that’s a report that adds to the auto suspension with zero GM over site.
The customer service has gotten unfathomable.
That’s because they want this game completely soulless. They treat interactions on this game like the workplace. For example, if me and you were dueling and having friendly banter and someone shows up and sees something they don’t like that we said. They can report us and we will get into trouble. Just like in a workplace with HR if we said something that offends or is considered inappropriate. Crazy times we are in with this club penguin game.
Edit cause on phone: inappropriate such as saying you suck. That alone will get you actioned.
But that’s it for me. I’m not talking anymore. I’m just gonna try and win, let people do whatever they want. Makes me actually want to start actual groups and do real bgs.

It’s turning into a whole industry thing right now. For example, there is lots of controversy with Bungie’s new game marathon coming out this year. They don’t want to turn on proximity chat because they don’t want people getting their feelings hurt.
It’s been like this for a few years now. Just don’t say anything at all that can come back on you even if it’s a “joke”. And even more important is don’t think that years of paying blizzard will have any impact or that if someone is horrible to you can even have a human reaction. They will sanction you just the same and not even pretend like you matter.
99% of strats people suggest are dumb. Its always better for me to just assess the situation myself.
Yep. It’s best to say nothing at all. You can even say positive things and be reported. I’m not being hyperbolic when I say that either. It’s annoying. A little smack talk can be fun… not these days though. You might offend someone. 
Well if you are certain you said nothing wrong then simply get banned and then go to the cs forums and fight through the endless hordes of random people shilling so hard you would think they were on the payroll when they are not and face the king… vrakthis and he might give you the evidence of what you supposedly said and if nots anything crazy you could get unbanned.
Usually if you ask enough they will give you the receipts on what you said cause they like to try and “dunk” on people trying to argue their ban cause they immediately believe blizzards automated system is always right LOL.
But if there is nothing to dunk on you can probably get unbanned eventually.
But yes for some reason it is a lengthy battle just to get the evidence/reason of the crime on what you said to get banned for some reason. Reasonably it should be attached to the ban email but it’s not.
But yeah imagine yourself going to the cs forums trying to get to vrakthis being bardock charging Freizas ship above planet vegeta.
Cause yeah the cs forums instantly treat you like a criminal based on literally 0 hard evidence what so ever until a service staff or gm links a chat. Which i cant stand which is why when i move up to detective in the pd i am going to be the change i want to see. Baby steps.
Leading epics is challenging as there are significantly more people. You’re not my real dad, who elected you to lead?, I do what I want…all things we hear in bgs. How do I attempt to fix it? Let our presence be known as a team, identifying community members. That sometimes makes the pugs say ok maybe we should listen. Then you get some players like old hydra players who whine even when winning. We’ve had people complain about raid warnings, they feel there shouldn’t be any. I use macros because otherwise I would tell trolls off and get silenced again. I am not a fan of the social contract.
Ahh yes, it’s so hard to tell people to go to the one good objective… clown behavior. LOL

You can move this post to the CS forum where maybe a SFA will give you a hint why you were suspended.
It’s not automated. If it was, I’d have been banned a long time ago with how often I run my mouth here and in-game but I’m not toxic and I don’t use profanity or insult others so nothing happens from the reports.
So you can still share information that you have that’s factual about the match in the match. Examples: “3 LH” or “4 WW”
Once you have ordered someone to do something, while they are not your employee, they can take it well and ignore you, they can take it well and believe it is a good idea and try to do it, or most likely, they will hit the report button since you were not chosen by them to be their leader.
So instead of saying “hey Assa, Feral, and Ret, go attack Quarry”, try instead “While Im guarding Market with shadow priest, can a few players take Quarry?”. They still might ignore you or say mean things to you, but then it would be their fault.
Suggestions are better than orders playing with random folks.
I’ve seen way too many times someone trying to “take charge” and issue orders, but then as soon as 1 person doesn’t follow the plan they start insulting the whole team. THAT’S probably what gets reported, the insults, not the initial battle plan.
“Hey DK are you able to sit LH?” - That’s fine.
“Dumb DK you never went LH you’re bad!” - That’s against the rules.
