I’ve been unable to report players since around 11.1 was launched so in some circumstances I’ve resorted to opening tickets and submitting reports with a template. That said, it’s always a pain to click through all the different categories until I find something that presents me with a form. Is there a better way to do this? I recall there being like a “generic” ticket form. Thanks.
NOTE: Disregard the category. I CANNOT report players using right-click because for the past ~4 months when I do it says “Report syste unavailable”. There are multiple threads in the bug reports forums on this. PLEASE fix this it’s much slower to type all this out!!
ISSUE: I am REPORTING A PLAYER for xxxxxxxx.
PLAYER: xxxxxxxx
TIME: xxxxxxxxx
Additional details of the issue.
Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
Someone can correct me if I’m wrong, but I am uncertain that your tickets are having the effect you hope for, specifically because of the existence of the in-game reporting feature.
GMs will handle a specific ticket reporting when it comes to inappropriate addon content but even then are vehemently pushing the idea of using the in-game reporting tool that… doesn’t exist. I cannot say they have the same policy in place for other kinds of reports.
I’m not usually condoning the use of a ticket category for something unintended or unrelated, so I will not outline the path to get there, but there is a somewhat generic option found under the Items and Mail category titled “not listed here.”
As for the unavailable report system, keep urging people to submit bug reports when it happens. There was a much larger outage some months back that was corrected within a week so this one is much more localized which will make it harder to track down and squash.

I wanted to ask because I agree that using different categories doesn’t feel right.
