Yes. Keep an eye on the Customer Support forums. From time to time you see threads where people have been sent on vacation for their treatment of fellow players in PvP. It is one thing to say “that was not helpful to the team”, and other to resort to really trashy talk. People who spew harassing, derogatory, insulting things at fellow players can be penalized, and often are if it is reported. They are not going to tell you about it personally though.
They won’t give you that for chat infractions. They have at times provided it for botting/cheating infractions, but never for language.
