So when player housing is introduced, will there be ways to reportt inappropriate houses?
Like if someone decorates and creates something obscene, hate symbols, etc., will there be a way to report such things?

Traditional report functions should work, but when you choose go into another person’s house you shouldn’t criticize the decour.

I imagine making swastikas out of furniture is still a bannable offense, yes.
The Terms of Service will likely still be enforced.
Just treat housing expression like how folks express themselves in chat.
I’d just avoid such people and places, personally.

I get that. But there are some folks that, I’m sure, would make some wildly bad stuff that even irl, you would have guests leaving.
Me too, but figured I would ask incase there was a “view random house” or i join a guild and go to the new gms house or something. You know what I mean?
Is it like the Sims where characters can just come to your house whenever they want? I’d like my alts to be there if possible.

First of all, you won’t be allowed in people’s houses unless they invite you.
Secondly, blizzard isn’t going to add “hate symbols” to their list of decorations for player housing.

It’s a fuzzy issue for certain. Especially since a person decorating with obvious hate symbols is more likely doing it to make orher people react rather then their actual beliefs.

I know they arent gonna add it. Im talking about how someone could arrange furniture to create that image.
ESO has strict guidelines same with ffxiv and with them showcasing how items can be placed, this kind of discussion needs to happen to understand if the report system will be in place.

Yes but you could make your own with something as simple as a couple sticks in the right (or wrong) position.
If you are that worried about it, don’t enter stranger’s houses?
Use the same logic that you would in the real world I suppose?
Don’t know the owner? Don’t enter the house

I would assume so, knowing how people are I guarantee some will lose their houses.
