Reported keybind

unless you get reported a lot, and then you get silenced/squelched automatically and wait 3 or 4 days for a GM to lift it.

People just need to learn how to be more deceptive with it. Instead of saying someone is doing awful DPS, you instead point out how “great” they are doing and ask if they have any tips on how you can do DPS like them (while you are doing three times their DPS).

I wish Blizzard GMs would out people who make these post on what they said.

Take it to CS, I would love to get their response on what really happened

That would be funny

I would love people that actually read the thread

Get out of here Paul Harvey

I feel like i get stoned just walking around sometimes lol

I 100% doubt this and you don’t know how many times you were reported

People have been saying Reported! for… well almost forever. Has there really been that big of an uptick since the social contract went live?

Mind you, the social contract is a more digestable form of the same ToS we have had for almost 18 years. If it wasn’t a reportable offense two months ago, it isn’t now either.

Final thoughts: Who cares? I don’t mean that as who cares about your post, I mean am I the only weirdo that could not possibly care any less if I am reported? I know I am not doing anything bad so I legit do.not.care. Is that weird?

I often have people report me for multiboxing. Usually they are rude and accuse me of destroying their economy, or being “scum”. I think if you say things that are offensive and being observed by a great many players (like in raid or trade chat) you will get the conversation reported. But a other offenses unrelated to chat will not get you squelched in chat.

My understanding is that a squelch is either lifted or acted on in a day. I have never gotten one in game, and that’s how it worked on the forums last time I got hit with being reported.

Again, you didnt read the thread which is now being taken over by trolls. Laterz

People who are offended by the idea that there is a “community” they should behave themselves in. The fact that the title of the terms of service is “Social Contract” set them off.
