I think you get logged out after 15 minutes of inactivity, but not 100% on that.
So you sitting there watching them while playing play internet cop is wasting everyone’s time as well.
That time could have gone to someone who would actually play the game and not sit there and play detective.

This is a video game. Maybe youve heard of the concept of a time sink.
If they are actually in the game, they’re at least actually in the game.
And how do you think most bots were countered in Vanilla? Reporting caught some, but more often than not, us players would kite it into the ocean or fool the bot into suiciding into a group of mobs it couldnt escape from.
No it does not. You have to keep pressing keys or you will get logged out.
This thread is pointless anyway, there’s no report afk anyway and they just need to increase the capacity and layers, also they need to give people free xfers because noone wants to reroll at this point. Also they should divert people to the server for the content they’re going to be doing, lfr players go over there, actual raiders over here, pvpers over there etc.
No, not when its a 7-9 hour queue and you can’t always time it for the 1-2 hour window you actually will get to play. If I get in while I’m still at work, no way in hey I’m logging out until I can actually play.
A common method in Vanilla was to use an eraser and some tape to depress a key or a desk fan to hit jump cyclically.
Or just do what an old guildy of mine used to do as he was grinding pvp ranks. Taught his little sister how to queue up into a battleground while he was at work or school.
Can also just get a remote desktop app on your phone if you have a smart phone.
So after an hour, I got up peed and sat back down. 90 seconds total. Kicked and got the 15 min deserter flag. Nice…

i remember running into a wall in org for 3 days before i got kicked, these ques are nothing compared to like it was back in the day, be grateful they put layering which wasn’t around many years ago.
Wait a tick… thought we wanted layering gone and how the HUGE abuse of them literally made the earth stop rotating and that was WAY more important than 20k ques…

sometimes I need to quickly fly back and forth between fuelwood/winterspirng, and tanaris/ungoro/silithus for quests, getting kicked halfway through those already tedious flights sounds like so much fun
OP is right. People just want something for nothing these days. They think waiting in a queue is enough. If you have to go to the bathroom you won’t be long enough for people to notice and kick you. If you have to sit on the toilet for a long time, then yeah you should be kicked. Queue again later and rethink your meals.
