Nobody in my guild can report anyone, whole things not working. can only afk check in avs.
u guys finally going to admit the bot handling auto bans is flawed? about time already
Bans are not auto handed out by a bot. Logs are reviewed by GM staff, and penalties are handed out as warranted, but with all things human, errors can occur, that is why there is an appeal process.
In a battleground, that is the appropriate means to report players for non-participation.
There were reports of an error when players were reporting, I have not seen them in a week, but if you notice new errors a bug report would be waranted to having development double check.
That has been clarified multiple times by CS mods, no there is no bot bans. No AI. If you were reported for something, and it lead to a silence or suspension, that was enforced by GM staff.
Again, I do not doubt you are having issues reporting, but a bug report would still be warranted.
lie to my face why dont u, we all know bans are handed out by bots for mass reports. GMs only check chat logs on appeal, and will cherry pick for whatever they can to support the bots actions.
I’m telling you my whole guild is getting the errors when trying to report bots/spam right now so guess they didn’t fix it.
p2. so your telling me after i get insta banned 5 mins after an av, thats because a GM went through my chat log right after the game and decided i was to toxic.
yeah nah, its because a bot went hey this guy got 15+ (w/e) reports, ban him.
doesn’t take a genius to figure out. if it takes 4 days for them to respond to a ticket, they are not reviewing chat in a game 5 mins after it ends
Highly recommend a trip to the Customer Support forum so the agents there can teach you about the reporting system and how bans are applied.
but hes not wrong about the report system being down same on my sever for weeks .
