So if I see a player using /who that is clearly botting/flyhacking, like a level 1 in Winterspring, the report feature only allows me to report for “inappropriate name.”
I can’t report for cheating/botting/flyhacking.
I don’t know if you can still report for cheating by right-clicking the target frame, but that doesn’t help report people who are flying under the world and can’t be easily targeted.

You cannot know for sure based on level they are cheating, someone could have summoned an alt there to camp recipes or use neutral AH.
Also, the old system that allowed long distance reporting created reports that GMs never ever ever ever ever looked at, utterly ignored for many months. It’s only with the updated UI that you can generate a real report.
The real issue is that the vast majority of bot reports, even when there is no doubt, are dismissed without any review probably because the GMs reviewing get bored after 10 and scrap the other 1300 so they can get back on snapchat.
Devil’s Advocate: This may just be a scout/clicker alt. Unless you see them flyhacking, ofc. Cheating reports now require a rightclick.
