It should just be a better ignore. And if someone is ignored they should get “Your message couldn’t be sent” And if a trade chat drama queen gets ignored by 120 people, every time they say something in trade they should get 120 lines of “Your message couldn’t be sent.”

Why Blizzard wants to get into the business of deciding social norms with limited to no context in every case is baffling.

You just learned about the new chat moderator service. If you use naughty words in chat it lets people easily report you. As it should be.
