Report button after an in game whisper

I got a screenshot of my in game whisper from my boyfriend with a yellow button [Report] after my whisper.

Has anyone seen or experienced this issue before? Is it an expected behavior?

This sort of a thing is probably not going to get many good answers on GD

I’d say posting this as a question on the customer support forum might be a better idea

Well, perhaps, but it’s just a new feature added the last patch, to make it easier to report whispers. I’m not sure if it’s triggered by key words.

Was his message of questionable nature then? XD

No it was my message to him xD probably triggered by the system cause of some slur and 21+ vocabulary :joy:

It’s a new filter they added.

You can disable it in settings. Left hand side has it’s own section.

Np, it’s a filter so if someone does get a nasty whisper it’s easier to report / deal with.

Although if he wants to report after the fact, thats on him XD

You may want to… keep that out of the game, for uh… reasons. XD
You or him might be fine with it, but one day, you’ll say it in the wrong channel, or… IDK XD

Yes, it was added in 10.1.7 per the Patch Notes.

It’s optional, though imo it should default to “no one” but apparently doesn’t.
