So I just faction changed a horde character to an alliance character but I just realized that I still had the Replica Staff of Gul’dan in my bag. It was a promotional item from the Warcraft movie, but it’s Horde only. Is there any way I can transfer it to a Horde character without faction changing again?
It is in your collections for transmogrification. Why do you need to transfer it?

When in doubt contact support.
Then contact them again since the first response will probably be a robot.

No need to do this. Nobully is correct. It is account bound.
