yup stuck as well 995/1000 and who knows how much i wasted trying to fill up a bugged quest
not working for me either, i collect it and it doesn’t update
Yeah if you don’t have space it will not give you credit for it if it mails to you. Try and clean up your bags a bit so you don’t lose out.
Deposited 400 anima into reservoir after picking up quest on 12/15/20, and it said 0/1000. Just deposited 70 more, and it says 35/1000. Venthyr.
Same issue here- Maldraxxus. Deposited over 100 and didn’t give credit.
Just happened to me too.
Happening repeatedly today to me as well with multiple large deposits.
Ugh I’ve been having this issue for weeks. I did the wq for 250 Anima. That tracked correctly. Just now I did my two weekly dungeon quests which each give 250 Anima, turned those in, and now I’m sitting at 625 instead of 750. Which doesn’t even make sense, because even if one of them didn’t count, it should show 500. But it’s as if it only counted half of one? I do not understand. Night fae covenant. Very annoying. I’ve been doing gobs of Anima quests every week and I can’t seem to get ahead on Anima.
In my case I deposit the anima and nothing happens, I’ll then log out for a few hours and when I log in the progress will go up on the quest so I just have to wait a few hours? kind of dumb since it’s the last thing I need for renown 15 at the time of posting this which is the Soul keeper Upgrade (for Night Fae anyways) which I definitely need. Thing is, this is the first time it has happened for me and my alt so not only have they allowed it to keep happening but it is spreading to more and more people it seems.
Still bugged.
After killing the World Boss, I was at 665/1000. Since then, I have done two World Quests (not in raid group) that were supposed to grant me 175 anima each; one in Ravendreth and one in Bastion. My quest is still at 665/1000.
edit: I just deposited 770 Anima into my reservoir… thus, my quest should show at least 770/1000.
I did the World Boss today and none of the anima registered for Replenish the Reservoir.
To be clear, the anima count happens when you earn the anima, not when you deposit it. Not to say there isn’t a bug, but it seems some people collected the anima up to yesterday, which won’t count this week when you make the deposit.
My bags were full when I had 250 anima as a reward from a WQ. 0 progress or credit was given when the quest was completed and 0 progress or credit was given when the 250 anima token was taken out of the mailbox and 0 progress or credit was given when it was deposited.
They’re trying heavy handed solutions to solve non problems and cause new problems to arise.
Here’s another apparent bug? If someone in the group completes the quest while you’re dead, you’ll receive the anima token but 0 progress or credit towards completion.
All because they demand that each and every player farm 1000 each and every week and jump through their metric hoops rather than spend double the time to farm 2000 in one week.
Bumping. Before my world quests today I was 30/1000 on this quest. I did (2) Epic World Boss Mobs for 250 each, bags happened to just get full and they were mailed to me… I am still at 30/1000 and should be at 530/1000 now!! Why isn’t this fixed yet when the problem was reported MONTHS ago? I have collected them from my mail, deposited them, and still no register not upon obtaining, receiving, or depositing. Come on Blizz!
How did you do 2 world boss mobs in SL when there is only one up per week and only able to be done once per character?
It’s broken. I doubt they have any intention to fix it. Fears that people will ‘hoard’ anima. Please Blizzard apply a little programming logic and fix this. Perhaps make anima a currency? This is not hard.
same here but for necro
Still a problem? Quest says 710/1000 and I put in another 1000 anima and doing do anything.
Working as intended I guess.
reservoir quest tracks when you collect the anima, not when you deposit it. anima you had in your bags from before reset, or anima that got mailed to you because your bags are full will not count toward the 1k goal. make sure you have room in your bags, and you shouldn’t miss credit toward the weekly.
