such a letdown, it shouldve stayed on the horseman whose wielding it then we take it to the scarlet raid to get new quest chain, mats n stuff to cleanse it to turn it into a melee benediction where you can swap it between the corrupted and normal for different playstyles

Such an insane let down, came back sod specifically to get that sword and now u cant even get it lmao. I don’t even want a purified version the corrupted one is way cooler imo.

Ya, and the Inquisition blade doesn’t even look all that good. It’s color pattern reminds me of the DF color palette and the model’s design; specifically the blade thickness, reminds me of Retail.

Terrible mistake by Blizzard honestly. Why put resources into making a completely new weapon, when they could have kept Ashbringer and updated the stats? The only explanation would be that they have plans for Ashbringer follow Naxx.

It has always had that scarlet crusade RP related to it. So it is likely to be part of tyrs hand purified or not.

Does feel like it will be in the scarlet raid. The developers know it’s a huge deal and probably wanted to put more coherent storyline against it
