Need 410 gear. Defaults to open mic lobby and pulls all in to mic chat. Users have to prove they can hear mic prompts before loading into queu but don’t have to use their mic. Highest rank player is defaulted to captain and has a function where he can ping users to specific groups, and then ping that group to an objective.

The UI should be updated so that voice chat is far less necessary. Specifically, enemy location dots should be marked on the map in the same way friendly location dots are marked on the map. I want my teammates to be able to move intelligently around the BG without ever needing to read/hear a message in a language they understand.
Many high rated RBG players are constantly tracking enemy locations at a distance by clicking BGE frames to target and watching target nameplates. My suggested change is basically just simplifying what they already do.

This. Like I remember sitting for 40 minutes for RBG in shadowlands for yolo instant losses. I was actually glad the game was dead because I didn’t think blizzard deserved to make people suffer. I havn’t even looked at RBG this expac while playing any of my healers.

Not so much worried about ladder integrity, just want extra fast queue times. Like, blizzard making a grind to 70 because they want to sell boosts hurts queue times. This is 2023, they are competing with games that are FREE and have over 5 times as much content output and 10 times faster queues, and with way, WAY better writing. You boomers are going to sleepwalk this game into the dirt.

Agreed, though I don’t think we necessarily need to remove the RBG queue right away. Adding a solo queue will probably make RBG’s a ghost town, though, which would be fine in a “natural selection” sense. I’d say let it happen organically rather than remove it from the outset.

Imagine Dota 2 but you have to matchmake yourself, manually. And then the “new friend,” you just made locks in pudge mid and starts typing in peruvian. That was a short lived “friendship.”

You can get conquest and 424 gear (Equip Increases to 424 in pvp instances) without rating. The cap is 550 a week that’s like 2 solo shuffle wins and a random bg.
A lot of the teams that play Rbgs aren’t really queuing they take from the discord communities. Rbgs teams over 1600+ have a core team and maybe out a couple players here and there.
Discord communities are where u find rbg teams.

I would say make a Solo or small group Ranked Random RBG, like make it where you can either join with 3 max party for ranked. With how Toxic some of the RBGs groups these day. you cant find or take for ever to get a team together or able to join one. Solo shuffle is ok for DPS or even for a tank but atm not at all fun for healing. and with every one running a DK or DH you just die most of the time in Solo if they aren’t with you at the time.
