Azerite Surge should:
-be instant cast (leave emp spells to evokers!)
-be 3 min CD
-do everything the rank 3 does already
-give immunity to poison, bleed, disease and magics

No. Playing Affliction Warlock is already horrible enough right now in PVP.
DKs, Paladins, Warriors, Rogues constantly remove/negate DoTs as is, we don’t need to throw a whole race into the mix.
What if all racials were disabled in pvp

is it weird to anyone else that the ability is called Azerite surge when no one has used that word since the end of BFA, including in any step of the TWW campaign or Earthen quests?
Like, can you use an expansion specific feature outside of that expansion, because that seems to be against Blizzard’s SOPs. Once it the expac is over, we never discuss that mechanic ever again.

Lightforged Draenei have a better damage racial and it still gives you less dps than simply playing a human and getting more secondary stats.
I just say replace it with BFA Defensive armor trait they already get a 10% armor boost they regen out of combat i say replace it with Azerite Veins -Taking damage has a chance to grant you Azerite Veins, healing you for X every 3 sec. Lasts 18 sec or until you are fully healed. Its already one the tankiest races why not double down on that.

Azerite Surge as a Paladin feels so so bad, Like I hate the emp spells so much, they needs to fix this to something else… It probably one of the worst racials in the game. Please just make it instant cast, or remove it and put something else in its place,. its just awful
I also think the exploration exp is useless as well, make that something else more useful, after max level its pointless.
The well fed buff is nice, but I dont get the benefit of the camp fire buff in delves like the other classes , I think this also is lame,

I agree, i tried to like Azurite Surge but it slows down the gameplay for minimal return. Feels bad.
I’m not a big fan of the food setup either. I look at those tasty feasts getting laid down and I cry inside a little bit.
Replace Azurite Surge with:
Azurite Shards - 1.5 min cd - Shards of Azurite radiate within you, healing you for .5% of your maximum health every second for 15 seconds. Your imbedded gems cause Melee attackers take 15k damage per attack for the duration of Azurite Shards.
Replace the food racial with:
Midas touch - When you touch food it turns to Azurite, making it more suitable for you to consume. When you get the well fed buff you also gain Azurite Veins.
Azurite Veins - Your veins pulse with Azurite, invigorating you. You gain 3% movement speed.
Rock Pile - 5 min cd. - You play dead crumbling into a pile of rocks. Dropping combat.
Just some thoughts.
Honestly it’s terrible. As Enh my healing surge heals at least 300k. Azerite heals like 30k.

I mean, Magni was filled with Azerite. The world soul is literal Azerite in a way but still juicy. So it really didn’t go away, it just got replaced with the term world soul but it is still the same thing.

It should actually do damage that is good enough to justify stopping your rotation to cast it. If Lightforged draenei’s racial can do good damage, Azerite Surge should be able to too.
Right now, it’s only barely okay for a class that needs a small, weak heal.

I feel like the Lightforged space laser racial is better, simply because you can fire it and forget. No need to stop what you’re doing and charge it or anything like that.
Not that any of those racials are good, they’re flavorful but they honestly suck in terms of how useful they are.
