With sharding i dont think you can just form huge raids and show up. They likely afk in an area then wait for horde to attack first.

This sounds about right, the horde raiders were causing trouble for a while, it did look like Alliance waits for it first. Just relieved they did not take forever.

I don’t understand sharding, how does one know what shard is a horde raid on, how did this alliance group find them in the first place?

Was on my DK in borealis and had WM on.

Walked up towards the xmog place and there was a full on horde raid happening CX realm even though I am on stormrage.

All of a sudden about 30 - 40 folk on white gryphons dropped in all over the upper tiers and pretty soon horde was dead or gone.

It was kinda fun to be there. One of them was a priest who threw a disc bubble on me and his dps got me back from the edge and I lived to tell this tell.

If I"m ever near them and have WM on I’ll happily join in and help.

Player made fun by players for players is a nice thing to see.

Out and about doing my questing until I saw a group of horde raiders killing Alliance questers, camping the questing area slaughtering anything that comes in their way, they did not spare anyone, they had no mercy on what level they were these horde raiders they were chasing, camping, using emotes, surrounding lowbie players, dancing on corpses, yelling.

Wow, It’s almost as if…they were PvPing with WARmode on…in war have you ever seen people NOT kill people?

Turn Warmode off? Literally that easy, you don’t even have to go to town anymore because of so many clueless whiners like you…

There was havoc in general chat, people complaining, talking about grouping up but nothing happened. It was upsetting to see this how powerless the Alliance was against mindless orcs.

The alliance literally get more of a bonus buff for turning WM on for the horde. There’s no incentive for the horde to ever fight back in world PvP and we actively get camped at max level because of this.

Also does anyone share my thoughts that Boralus is such an easy city to repel an invasion those double gates and the bridge are so good if we meet them on it.

Been on PvP servers since vanilla and haven’t turned it off since it came on. I quit when they decided to get alliance current ilvl heroic raiding gear for 8 weeks straight and unfair game ruining buffs. For 8 weeks the alliance camped everything, which I would be fine with since that’s how PvP works. It was annoying that they were lagging the servers constantly but it happens.

But the whole game ruining incentives to do so is what irked me. Why should I pay $15 a month and do anything when half the user base is getting free stuff and doing half as much work?

That’s funny because the only people that have been crashing servers lately have been horde, but I get spread that spreading nonsense is easier than growing some nads and fighting. That’s pretty much horde mentality in 2019.

If you’re getting camped you either take a break, or take the rez sickness from the graveyard. You’re going to be waiting any way you slice it, might as well be on your own terms and not theirs.

I really miss World PVP, this brings back to memory the epic battle my old PVP server had in tol barad. We spent two hours one Sunday afternoon fighting horde and Alliance going back and forth between The Horde and Alliance bases and we used have group will travel I think we had the whole server there it was a blast. I think I’m going to check on some of these PVP communities enjoying when I would love to do that again I need to get some better gear first
