Field Repair Bot 74A. It lasted for 10mins. A bit costy to make but it’s there. It’s learned in BRD by the golem boss at 300 engineering.

really? hmm. must be confusing him with another then.
i never personally used anything. if it broke, it broke and i hearthed back to town for repairs then got summoned back.
Yeah raids don’t like everyone hearthing back 1 by 1 when they are trying to progress in a raid.

I don’t remember having any repair bots in vanilla. But then again, I was a baddie who had no knowledge or skills.

The cost of them made them really only useful for raid progression.

You can’t summon a person into an instance in vanilla either. The warlock and two others had to zone outside and summon anyone that hearthed. So if there was trash between you and the portal, or the opposite faction sitting outside you were screwed if you left to repair.

Yes, they had repair bots in classic. Just not easy to come by. Heck just having someone with a goblin jumper cable was impressive.

Yes I’ve gotten so many clutch jumper cable ressurects! And the field repair bot is expensive so it’s not worth using until someone has 0% durability.
