Because you’ve reached the highest you can reach in the way you are trying to gain rep. Turn in tokens.

That’s interesting. Is a mechanic that is supposed to stop giving rep at revered not pushing you into revered?
Something is wrong.
Are you just killing things? 30 seconds on google has told me that 5999/6000 is where you stop getting rep for mobs in the plaguelands.

5999/6000 friendly means non-elite mobs will no longer give rep. You need to either quest or make the journey into scolomance/ strathholme. Keep the scourgestones for until you reach revered as you can no longer get rep after that point.
