Since the pre-patch obviously isn’t coming out until October 6 or 13, will we see an extension of the rep buff? Some new buff? Because honestly, what is there to do in the game between now and pre-patch? Farm MoP and WoD raids?
The buff goes away once prepatch drops, whenever that happens to be. No extension needed.
Unless changed, the 2x reputation ends today so get your paragons done.
Most likely not since they said it’d only last through September. I wish it’d stay permanently though. BfA reps, and Legion too, are so much more pleasant to do now. Going to miss it!
Last time they did the Rep Buff, they extended it a few days at the end because they weren’t quite ready to release the new Legendary Cloak changes. Which makes me think they originally said “September” on the assumption they would have the prepatch out no later than the 29th, with minimal overlap. Now, it’s looking like we’ll have a week or two of dead time in between, which doesn’t feel good since there’s not much left to do in BFA, and it’s hard to justify even levelling alts right now with prepatch so close. Hopefully, they extend it again. It makes doing the same old BFA world content just that much more fun.
